I reached out to Dr. Ellis on recommendation from a colleague whose students had rave reviews after participating in his workshop on leadership. Dr. Ellis facilitated a workshop for our student leaders from throughout the state, all coming from low-income communities, on empowering themselves and developing their own leadership. Not only was Dr. Ellis a true pleasure to work with and ensured that he was extremely prepared for our students from checking on technology and space needs to deeply understanding the context of our organization, our students gained so much insight and learning from his workshop.
